On the site, only credit card payment is available. You can also visit the campus boutique (17 bd Jourdan | 75014 Paris) to make your purchase on site. You can pay in cash or by credit card.

Online orders on our site are 100% secure thanks to SSL encryption. Bank transactions are processed by Payzen-Lyra (PCI DSS certified solution).

Residents and employees of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris benefit from a discount on our entire collection.

All they have to do is log on to the site with the access details they have been given.

Delivery times depend on the destination of the order.

In the event of a defective product or incomplete order, you can contact our after-sales service by writing to sav-boutique@ciup.fr.

To help us process your request more efficiently, please enclose the following information:

• your first and last name
• your order number
• the nature of the missing or damaged product
• a photograph of the damaged product, if applicable

We will keep you informed as soon as possible.

You will be able to track your order thanks to your Colissimo tracking number, which will be sent to you by e-mail when your order is dispatched.

The t-shirts and sweatshirts sold on the store fit normally. To be sure, you can check the measurements on the product sheets provided by the manufacturer.

Men’s T-shirts  –  Women’s T-shirts  –  Hoodies

For hoodies and t-shirts, sizes range from S to XL.

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available.
