Postal delivery
If you’re too far away to visit us, you can opt for postal delivery. It can be sent to the address of your choice or to a relay point. Shipping costs are calculated automatically, depending on the weight of your package and its destination. You can choose to have your package delivered with or without a signature. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, enabling you to trace your order.
Return
policy
If you change your mind, you can return your package to us. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned products must be in good condition to qualify for a refund.
